Don Adam

Don Adam brings more than three decades of successful executive leadership, corporate/business development, and finance/banking experience across a broad range of operating platforms and partnerships nationwide to Invicta and his collaborations with Invicta portfolio company executive teams.

His expertise in strategy, negotiation, mergers/acquisitions/joint ventures, capital raising, and design/execution of growth pathways guide his investment advice, and allows us to deploy him in CEO, CFO, and Chief Growth Roles as needed within our investments.  He’s a servant leader and collaborative team member focused on culture, empathy, creativity, accountability, healthy competition, and above all, results.  

Don earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Penn State, and his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business.   He’s a proud non-profit board chair among other philanthropic endeavors, and a fierce fan of the Nittany Lions and Arsenal FC.
