Heather Weimer

Almost everything this team has built, Heather has been the developer of all of the structure that supports the business operations, including drafting policies and procedures on a score of subjects - some of them that forged new territory.  Heather’s broad experience includes facility registration and applications, front office operations, and billing and collection activities. Previously, Heather served as the Senior Vice President of Operational Services for the largest operator of freestanding emergency centers in the country, overseeing multiple departments and hundreds of employees. In her current role at Covert Operations, Heather oversees many areas of the company from logistics to operations.
